Our Christmas tree shopping this year took an abbreviated turn when it was raining for three straight days the first weekend of December. We typically go this great plant nursery, push wheel barrels, look at all size trees and have fun finding the perfect tree. This year, in the pouring rain, we decided to get a dry tree at the Lowes enclosed parking lot. Timo was such a good helper helping Daddy get the tree tied to the top of the car.
And while the kids had just as much fun in the Lowes parking lot, I promised them we would go to a tree farm and get our wreath. So after school a few days later we went to Clancy Christmas Tree Farm, spent way too much time checking out all sizes of trees, pulling wagons, picking up huge sticks and picking out a wreath. I think this farm had the biggest selection of inflatables I've ever seen!
We made the best of the yucky weather and found time to have some Christmas tree fun!
