It's Our Birthday!

Timothy and Cameron's birthday was February 14th. We had a lot going on that day...birthday, Valentine's Day and the kids and I were leaving for a short trip to NC, so we had a plane to catch.  But in the mist of it all, we found time for birthday presents!  I kinda felt bad that they opened these great gifts they wanted and then had to leave them behind, but I think they were so excited about flying, they didn't really mind.
Cameron got her beloved "Butterscoth".  It's a pony that make really noises when you pet him, eats a carrot and had bendable legs so he will sit down.  Cameron had asked for a real horse for Christmas.  This was something she couldn't grasp that she couldn't have a horse.  We spent many, many hours explaining to her what all a horse needs, she needed to be older, etc, etc.  At a fair sometime before Christmas, Cameron was on the pony ride and telling the trainers she was asking Santa for a real horse.  The trainers then told me about "Butterscoth".  I ran home, did some research and found out how it was a little out of our budget.  Long story short, I watched and watched and found a deep discount just before Christmas and snatched it right up for her birthday.  I took it out of the big box it was in for a time saver when she opened it so I think she was confused as to what it was.  Harmony gave Cameron a Tinkerbell puzzle and unicorn to top her gifts.

Timo was beyond excited about his gifts...he finally got Star Wars Blazer.  He too had asked for it for Christmas but I thought it was something he needed to be 5 years old for.  I don't have that many pictures of him with the blazer b/c he and his Daddy opened it so fast and we off on a mission...looking for the bad guys.  He only took a break to open his new Legos from Harmony and Habachi.

It was time to load up and head to the airport to catch our flight.  After a long good-bye with Daddy, we were on our way to see Granny and Grandpa!
